We’ll refund the difference within 14 days of purchase. Because, as parents, we know how valuable it is to have one less thing to worry about.
We strive to ensure you receive the best value. If you are attending a Buying for Baby appointment, our advisors will work to ensure you receive the best offers available. This may be the application of price match, or the qualification for our Buying for Baby vouchers. We know customer needs differ, and we are committed to delivering the best offer every time.

How do I get in touch with you about an item I’ve seen cheaper?
If you see an item that you think qualifies for price match, the easiest way is to get in touch is to fill in our online form. You can also visit us in store.
Who are our competitors?
Our competitors are companies that trade in the UK and Ireland both online and in store and must offer a substantial range of products. The company must appear on the UK / Irish high street or in a similar location such as a shopping centre or retail park. If a competitor is closing down or entering administration we will not price match.
We do not deem online only businesses or online only companies with show rooms, auction sites, factory outlets, market stalls or home shopping channels to be competitors.
Which prices will we match?
We price match against all Mamas & Papas brand products and any third party branded products such as Joie, Bugaboo, Cybex and Tommee Tippee, which are available for sale in Mamas & Papas stores and online at www.mamasandpapas.com.
In order to be eligible for a price match a competitor’s products must be the same:
- Make
- Model
- Colour
- Size
- Sold with the same guarantees, warranties and conditions of sale
The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery, this does not include any pre-order options.
What about product bundles?
Every price match will be decided on its own merits. In the event that a Competitor offers a bundle discount, Mamas & Papas will match the price of the bundle if:
- The bundle is available to all customers
- The individual products contained within the bundle are identical to Mamas & Papas products; and
- Each individual product contained within the bundle is available to be sold in Mamas & Papas stores and online
If all of the individual products contained in the competitors bundle can be bought from the competitor individually at full price, we will not price match.
What about promotions and discounts?
We are happy to price match competitor’s temporary discounts and special offers published at the point of purchase.
Where any competitors offer loyalty based rewards and other promotions such as express delivery, extended warranties, trade-ins, cash back and negotiated prices for groups such as account holders we will not price match these discounts.
