Delivery, Collection & Returns Information

Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. There won’t be any extra charge  and you can check the delivery status of all your orders in My Account. ​

Standard Delivery

We will deliver your order in up to 10 days. Pre-order items will be delivered in up to 10 days from the delivery dates specified on the product page. Personalised items will be delivered within 10 working days.

Please allow an extra day for Bank Holidays.

Orders of €100 and over are FREE

Orders under €100 are €8

We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way. Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. During busy promotional periods and in severe weather conditions delivery may be delayed and arrive a little later than our published delivery time windows. We will keep you up to date on your order status.

21-28 Working days after placing your order, delivered Monday to Friday. Our carrier will be in touch with you to arrange the best day to deliver once your order has been confirmed.

Be prepared for your delivery

For the two-man delivery of large items, we advise that you provide sufficient floor coverings to allow our team to deliver to your room of choice. Where possible, please make sure that stairways, hallways, door frames/access points and your room of choice are clear and measured prior to delivery, to ensure that your furniture will fit in your chosen room. Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property, where appropriate.

Returns

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from Mamas & Papas. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you, toiletries, underwear, swimwear, opened mattresses, refurbished items and clearance items marked with a red dot.


You can return unused items to any of our stores, no matter if you bought it online. Alternatively, you can post your items to our Blanchardstown Store:
