Collaborating with our design team, our buyers source the very best materials to bring our designs to life. They work with our international suppliers, negotiating prices, managing the product lifecycle from concept to completion, and trading a range of categories globally.
Our Customer Service team are the true consumer champions. They own the customer journey, from initial call, ensuring the customers are the heart of our decision-making.
As a design-led brand, our team of designers use customer insight to understand what the customer wants from a product and then scour the world for inspiration, finding trends and ideas for our Baby Home, Baby Out and About and Baby Clothing ranges, ensuring that each product has our unique design DNA.
Our multi-functional E-commerce team are responsible for the functionality, look, feel and content of our website. They help to provide customers with a seamless online journey that keeps them informed and inspired from the moment they click to the moment their product arrives.
With an eye on problem solving and functionality, our engineers refine our designs, ensuring that every detail is spot on and 100% compatible with the manufacturing processes.
Our Finance team look after our global group accounts, working with multiple currencies, forecasting, monitoring and reporting the company's financial performance. They collaborate across the entire Mamas & Papas team.
Our HR teams includes employee relations, resourcing, pay & benefits and learning & development. They ensure that we're recruiting, developing and rewarding talent at head office and in our retail stores, from end-to-end, partnering senior stakeholders to support them in delivering the business strategy through our colleagues.
Servicing our head office and our stores, our IT department uses the latest technologies to put our customer at the centre of the online experience. The Operational team focus on end users and key infrastructure, giving customers the ultimate connectivity and convenience. Our IT Development team develop and maintain the bespoke core systems that keep our head office and our stores running smoothly.
Patenting designs, trademarking the brand and managing contracts with landlords, suppliers and sales partners, our Legal team advise on a wide range of legal matters. These are the people responsible for ethics and compliance, working with management to protect the business and our intellectual property.
Our Marketing, Creative, VM and Store Design teams make sure our brand and products are inspiring at every touchpoint. Developing engaging projects, strategy and global campaigns, the team contains a vibrant mix of content creators and social media addicts, who will scrutinise every part of the customer journey to maximise sales and drive brand loyalty.
Our Merchandising team work with our buyers to build our product ranges, they forecast sales and place orders with suppliers, tracking deliveries. They make sure every product reaches the right channel at the right time, analysing sales trends and making recommendations to tailor the range for our customer.
Our Operations team is responsible for facilities management, health and safety and the flow of stock through the business, getting stock to the right location on time and in perfect condition. They're always on the hunt for new and innovative ways to deliver a product directly to our global customers.
Our reputation is built on the high quality of our products. Working alongside our Buying, Design and Engineering teams, our Product Quality team ensure that our products reflect the excellence and integrity at the heart of the brand. They see that everything passes UK and global safety expectations, and play a crucial part in our after-sales process.
Our Retail Operations team are the key line of communication between our stores and head office. They are responsible for refining our in-store services and developing new processes to ensure that our stores operate efficiently.
Managing national and independent accounts, international franchises and global distributors, our Sales team build collaborative partnerships to ensure our core brand values are delivered globally. They provide a unique proposition for each channel and partner, acting as a brand ambassador.
Operating seven days a week, our Warehouse and Distribution team work with multiple sales channels to ensure customers and partners receive the right products as conveniently as possible, no matter where in the world they may be.
